FULL SERVICE BUFFET DINNER

 

Gourmet foods, an elegant full china service, and professional and attentive staff are only a few highlight of our full service buffet.

 

To help insure your event is a success that leaves a long lasting impression of excellence on you and your guests, North Shore Caterers uses only top of the line equipment including an antique white with gold rim china, pattern by Homer Laughlin, including dinner plates, salad plates, bread and butter plates, and cups and saucers.  Water and champagne glasses, as well as a four piece silverware setting are also included.

 

Serving tables are dressed in white linen and lace skirting.  All food is artfully displayed in an organized manner on silver serving trays, glass bowls, and specially designed chafing dishes are used to keep your food at its proper temperature.
