BUDGET BUFFET DINNER
   
 A budget minded menu that is light on the bill, but not the service.  This includes everything you need to make your event a success.  Our professional staff will begin by placing linen over the serving area (buffet tables available upon request at no extra charge) and will arrange your food in a pleasing manner.  The cold food is presented on silver trays and in glass bowls.  The hot items are in chafing dishes to insure quality and presentation.  Also included are high quality Chinet plates, bowls, napkins, utensils, cups, etc . . .  Our staff will then return at a predetermined time to pick up the equipment and clean the buffet area.
